Introduce ourselves. An initial appointment can be arranged either by calling us directly at (920-277-6766) or through this site by clicking on “Request an Estimate” Through this introduction, the scope of your landscape project will be laid out and discussed how we can customize this project to suit your own personal style. We will collect measurements or plot maps of your property and take pictures. Earthscape, LLC takes great pride in providing a service that correctly reflects our client’s function and personality.
Plans are drawn up. We do not charge for drawing up plans for our clients. The plan is given to the client after the installation to help with care and identification. We do not draw up plans for do it yourselfers.
2nd meeting. During this appointment you will have the opportunity to go over the plans and discuss the concepts that we have proposed. Your plans will be drawn to scale and include an itemized ledger, along with a preliminary estimate. We will work with you every step of the way, whether the job is done in phases or done in a week.
Deposit We take a deposit to put you on the list and pay for the materials needed for your project. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can use your deposit for landscape materials and deliveries of anything on our materials page.
Construction and follow up. A down payment will reserve your spot on our installation calendar. You will be notified before construction begins. This will help you plan for watering, etc. After construction has been completed we can send you watering instructions.
We guarantee any plant we install for one year after it was installed. You can pick up the replacement plants at the office after pictures of the dead plants are sent to us. Hardscaping is also guaranteed for 2 years covering any workmanship issues. We do not cover any seeding work under warranty because it depends on the weather and care of the homeowner to establish the grass. Being out of our control we do not come back to repair lawns.
